Data Collection & Reporting Web Application

I have a business with slot machines. I need to collect data from the locations. Entities: SLOT MACHINE, LOCATION, PARTNER In every LOCATION can be 3-5 SLOTS or more than 20. Every SLOT machine has 5 VALUES that need to be collected everyday. Every LOCATION has 5 values that also need to be collected everyday. So, from every location the number of values is: (5 Values X No. of SLOTS) + 5 Values A PARTNER has one location or more. Based on the 5 Values from the SLOTS and based on a PARTNERSHIP we need to generate reports. How much money the Partner will recieve. Also PARTNER is defined by a 5 values. Every LOCATION must have a username and password that will enter the values just for that location. There must be a SUPER USER that will see the values from all the LOCATIONS and can edit them. There must be a user that will see the values from the PARTNERSHIP, with the amount of money that must be payed to the PARTNER.
