Create simple WordPress plugin

I need a simple plugin designed for Wordpress. The plugin should be able to add the Digg badge wdiget, the Pikk badge widget, the combination of the Pikk and Digg badges, or the large Pikk widget. These are both simple iframe embeds. Information on the Pikk widget is here: [login to view URL] The widgets must be able to be added to each post, and *must be optional*. A blogger must be able to decide "I'd like to add the digg and pikk badges to this post" but *not* have the badges added every single post. You can suggest ways to make this conditional, perhaps with a hidden comment in the post. I prefer not to use public tags to achieve this, but it's your call.
