Cut up small area into HTML

We need to get 2 very small areas cut up into HTML, you can see what they look like here [login to view URL] (the second one is IDENTICAL to this except a different background color). You only need to cut up the content INSIDE the box (just the stuff inside the blue circle), the box itself and the rest of the site has already been cut up. The text box with the countdown time will be live text (inside the text box) but everything else can be images. This should be a VERY simple project for someone with HTML experience, we can pay $30 and want to hire someone today and hopefully can get you paid today also if you can finish it today! Also we're having some problems where we put a:visited in our .css file but for some reason it won't show the correct colors, this is another super simple thing if you know HTML well.
