CGI / PERL Adjustment needed for an auction site

Hello All, I have an auction site script which I bought. I need some modifications on the site. I won't be making any deals out of GAF so please don't ask for it. Once you accept the job with a deadline I will be asking you to finish it by that time so please do not exceed the deadline. Any previous work(s) on cgi/perl and/or auction web sites will be appriciated. I am attaching a detailed document about the things that I need. After you read the documentation and if you will be interested and capable of doing the job I will send you the web site for your final decision. Thanks
