Create an Animation

Flocabulary Brooklyn, NY We’re looking for freelance animators and motion-graphic artists to create and design 2 to 4 minute educational music videos. Animations can be composed of kinetic text or minor character animation with subtitle text. Character artwork for animations are created by other freelancers or in-house and will be provided. Each animation has to maintain a level of clear and concise educational messages with a hint of fun and funky that will entertain students. Required Skills • Strong sense of text motion to narration • Strong understanding of music and motion • Use After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite software • Ability to illustrate (optional) • Ability to work quickly • Ability to communicate clearly and take direction through email and/or phone Some Details • We encourage unique approaches to our animations so it’s a great opportunity for you to experiment as well as build your portfolio. • We’re looking for professionals who have a strong body of work. • We are definitely open to hiring illustrators who can animate or vice-versa. • This is a freelance, work-for-hire opportunity. You can be located anywhere. • We’re looking to provide steady, ongoing freelance projects for animators who are the right fit.
