Create music playlist "Scrolling Picker"

You are required to create a music playlist "Scrolling Picker", as per my instructions in the attached file "Project Brief - Scrolling Picker". You don't have to create your own design; you just need to copy the design as per my attachment with 3 alterations to it, also specified in the attachment. Format required is PSD files. Only bid if you know you can replicate the design as per my instructions. If you submit your work with your bid to show you can create what I want, it would be an advantage to you.
