Hello! I would like to help you with your project, Please tell me more details about the future device. I suppose, you want want to place on the pcb ready to use devices, is that correct? Also i would like to know more information about the servos, like power, operating voltage, current. I can create schematic and route pcb in short time, but one should mention, that it is needed the time to pcb production and delivery time. The price will be more, than I wrote in the bid

It will be easy! What interface to arduino you want? Do you want only gerber files for PCB ot you want physical PCB?
