Design Athletic Product and Manufacture

I need someone that can design a product and manufacture the product. This is an athletic product that would require a very smooth and flexible material with a skin safe adhesive underneath. The material could be a plastic or silicon rubber or any other suitable and reasonably priced material. It would have to be flexible and thin enough to move with the part of the body it is fixed too without inhibiting movement or cutting into the wearer's skin. This would be akin to kinesiology tape in it's ability to remain affixed to a person during athletic competitions, but the outer surface would need to be completely smooth to reduce any friction.
