Design me a Product

For the begining i want to make it as simple as possible because my buget is low . I want a gadget like the one in the image , the client should be able to rise up or drop down the intesity of the light from the LED strip and a button to stop or run . The LED strip will light a plexyglass and power from truck socket. PCB i want to put into heat the shrink tube . Over the heat shrink tube i 'll put a label to indicate where to press (where is smd button on pcb) . From the roll (5 meter) i ' ll cut for example 40 cm , 50 , 60 , 100 , etc and i ' ll put into aluminium profile . I want to protect the led strips for ESD and other stuff can appear from the truck socket . This led strip i use link . [login to view URL]
