CONTRACT ID: PSC/AD/1826/017 COUNTRY: ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Dear Freelancers, This invitation for bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for ADIP projects that appeared at Abu Dhabi Development Business on 28th december 2016. Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd has received financing at the tune of USD $ 5 Billion from the Central Bank of UAE towards Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Project (ADIP). ADIP is being executed by the Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd under the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, UAE. Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd (Adgas) therefore intends to apply part of the payments under the agreement (s) resulting from this IFB: Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Engineering, Oil, Gas, Marine Projects and Equipments. Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd being the Contracting Authority for these projects now invites sealed bids from project managers, contractors, consultants, companies and bidders for the management of projects, supply of goods and services for the general procurement notice as follows; (a). Supply of Engineering, Oil, Gas and Marine Equipments to Adgas for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract. (b). Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Public Projects. Bidding will be conducted through the competitive bidding procedures specified in the Central Bank of UAE guidelines which is open to all contractors, consultants, companies and bidders from eligible sourceable countries. Interested eligible project managers, contractors, consultants, companies and bidders may obtain further information from the Head of Contracts (Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd), and inspect the application documents after the documents must have been sent by the HOC, ADGAS for the attention of prospective bidders is drawn to (i) the fact that they will be required to certify in their bids that all their projects , equipments & products is either covered by a valid license or was produced by the bidder.
