System Software for Construction Company (PC Main Sitting & IPhone/I pad access & interacting) 1. Accounting: - Cash account - Project wise Acc. - Credit / Debit Transaction - Build/Sitting Categories, Payee, Payer. - Comments box in each transaction form - Photo Scan by IPhone/IPad camera facility for capturing the invoices & attach it to the transaction reference (with photo size reduction). - English/Arabic Language support. - Auto Backup sitting - Workers/employee information's (Name, Nationality, ID, Expiry dates, Joint Date, Basic Salary, Allowance's, Loans, Deductions, Leaves) 2. Reports & Summery: - Show the balance sheet for each project & overall - Comparing the total credit/Debit, and Categories Budget Balance. - General ledger report. - Budget table summery - Pie Chart & Bar chart/Column charts graph. 3. Daily Log: - Project drop list (from the accounting data) - Activities drop list (build/sitting manually) - Workers names & fill the Number of Hours Worked (from the Account Data) - Materials delivered/withdrawal to/from the Site.( Description, Quantity, Rate, Total) - Machineries Hired for the site. (Description, Time, Rate, Total) - Problems/Incident's Happen (Description) - Auto adds the worker man hour charges into projects accounts accordingly.
