Manage and ensure the workers do their job

$3 an hour rate Must be hard-working, good, attention to detail, consistent. This is an easy task to carry out- but to do it right you have to be consistent and have an attention to detail! You Must Also Be Contactable All Hours of the Day. My Timezone is GMT +800 (Perth, Western Australia) so our timezones need to not clash so much so we can always be in touch! I need someone who is good at communicating to ensure the workers have completed the duties accordingly. The workers will report to you, and you will report to me if anything is not going smoothly. If workers make a promise to complete a task that they cannot complete, and do not do things as they are told, they will receive notice, and then warning, and I need you to help enforce this. The workers will follow a task list on a very easy-to-use Project Management website, and I need you to Enforce this and make sure they are doing their duties. Duties include: • Ensuring workers have logged hours • Ensuring work is good and presentable (good english, creative, high standard according to my guidelines, following procedures correctly such as using correct hashtags, on time) • Ensuring all work has been put on Google Drive • Ensuring workers have logged hours appropriately every day • Ensure workers meet DEADLINES, and if they do not, you must write down which deadlines cannot be completed • Having very good judgment • Presenting any issues to me to discuss • Informing me when something is ready, and reminding me to check it. Please- I will not bother to consider you if you are not 100% sure you can project manage multiple people. More work will come progressively as we work together, so hours will start off smaller and grow. I need a lot of help managing as it is taking up too much of my time- I cannot focus on doing what I need to do as I am always managing tasks. Remember this is easy, but it requires you to be attentive at all times and always be checking the Project Management website to ensure all tasks are done.
