Architectural rendering of a SketchUp Model

Hello, I have 10 years of experience in architectural visualization and I have experince in all kinds of projects. You can se my work here: [login to view URL] The price is for one exterior render. If you need 2 or more exterior renderings of the same model, you will get some discount. The interior renderings could be the same price, but it would depend of the size ( could be less). For my work I use 3DSMax and V-ray. I can import SketchUp models to 3DSMax. I hope we can work together in this project.

This is a relativity easy task that can be done in a very short period of time, depending on the model quality provided for each villa, thus, I kindly ask you to provide me with a sample model to one of the villas in order to more accurately provide a quota for the time and cost for each villa, and also how many renders required per villa. However, as a general rule, If the sketchup model provided doesn't need any modification or extra work, it will take around 2 to 3 days per villa, and the cost for a day shot is about $200 and for a night-dusk shot $300.... again it depends on the complexity f the model and the amount of work required.
