I am a civil engineer and has the capability to make 3d designs out of Autocad and sketchup. The project is not very complex. I can make it on a short period of time as well. Quality of work will satisfy you as i inquire your approval with my design. I am not asking for a great payment because designing for me is a hobby, not just for making money.
