Databse of advertising/media agencies in UK needed

I am looking for a freelancer who could prepare a database of: 1. Advertising agencies 2. Media agencies/Media buying agencies in the UK (starting with the biggest cities) All agencies that are focused mainly on the Internet (Interactive) or that have nothing to do with media buy are not considered, our focus are agencies providing complex services and/or involved in media purchase/planning process. The database should be done in Excel and should include the following information: Name, Location, Core competence(s), E-mail, Contact form from website (URL), URL of the website, contact person/media buy department contact. It's difficult to say how many agencies should be found, but I estimate it of about 150. Please indicate your price and milestones. I want it to be complete sooner. Selection criteria are: price, milestones, rating, communication style, similar projects done in the past. The database will be verified before the final payment, presentation of partial results obligatory, good English is necessary.
