Directory Submission - need low bid

We have 40 websites. We want to submit each site to: *About 80-100 website directories w/a PR3 or higher. These should be carefully selected to include those directories where inclusion is most likely and timely. *About 30 blog directories. Since our blogs have an automated component, it will be essential these blog directories have a lenient approval process. There are two important aspects to your bid: 1. The selection and knowledge of directories that meet our requirements; esp- those that have an approval process that suits our sites. 2. A low bid per site. We have 200 sites. We are starting this project with an initial 40. Because of the high number of sites, we need to do this economically. We are looking to pay between $3-$10 per site. (the eventual total project being between $600-$2000; we would strongly prefer to keep this total amount to under $1K. note: this GETAF project is for the inital 40 sites and our preference is to keep this in the $200-$300 range) [automated or automated/aided process using SubmitEaze, etc. is ok]
