This is our first project posted on Guru.com. However, we have paid over $50,000 to freelancers on Elance and oDesk in the past 6 years. We are looking for two experienced telesales professionals to return calls to prospective clients and qualify them and their interest level. We're not selling, we're buying on these calls. The ideal person will have solid sales experience because every call is a sales call -- even when you are buying. The ideal person will have a natural persuasive ability with a consultative manner on the phone, but is not pushy. These are not cold calls. All prospective clients have contacted us first and have requested a call back. We will provide training on our business and our typical client needs, a script to use as a tool (but the ideal person can improvise when needed), phone service (you will not incur any cost for the calls), and access to our database with details about which prospects to return calls to and to document your notes about each call. Requirements: 1. Telesales experience 2. Native English language skills with no strong accent 3. Available up to 2 hours per day between 10 am EST and 6 pm EST on weekdays to return ~15 - 20 calls per day 4. Work environment with ZERO background noise/distractions and a reliable high speed Internet connection Extra Credit for one or more of the following: 1. Call center experience 2. Acquisitions experience 3. Real estate experience 4. Consulting experience 5. Sales management experience Compensation: - We pay well for great performance! - You will be paid $250 - $600 for each lead that you qualify that is leads to a completed transaction, depending upon the size of the transaction. - Total Compensation works out to ~$20 - $60 per hour, depending upon your performance - We will pay for a Draw Period to allow for ramp time - The Draw Period is the Fixed Price Budget shown - The Fixed Price Budget shown is just the Draw Period amount. THE FIXED PRICE AMOUNT SHOWN DOES NOT REFLECT THE *TOTAL COMPENSATION* we expect you will earn, which will be considerably more. This is a part-time, temporary gig: Approx. 7 - 10 hours per week for 60 - 90 days. This can become a permanent gig (still 7 - 10 hours per week) at the end of the 60 - 90 days for some candidates.
