Blog social media expert needed

I need help setting up a real estate blog. and promoting it. I am not too familiar with the ins and outs of Social Media Marketing. I write several articles a week and e-mail to my current customers. Many people say that I need to set this up as a blog. The more I try to figure this out the more confused I get. I have always had great experience with GAF people and presently use a couple for different uses. I need someone to help me set this up and maybe manage this weekly.
