Bonfire Shopping Cart

We need a Shopping Cart completed, and functionally bug-free operational by September 7, 2011. Our cart's needs are basic from a product inventory – we’re rolling out a single product (dietary supplement capsules in two bottle sizes), with subsequent product additions to follow in the coming 3, 6, 9 month intervals. The cart will be a stand alone URL that our customers will be redirected to from a Professional Wordpress site (being built as we speak. Our soon to be dormant site, for "LOOK AND FEEL" design elements, can be viewed at [login to view URL]). I've attached two PDF's: (1) the design of the main WP site (to give you the "look and feel" for design purposes which will be similar to [login to view URL]), and a list of Autoship functional features (some features may have to come later; i.e. the Customer Account Admin access - see below). We need the following MANDATORY features and functionality components: 1. A CUSTOMER REGISTRATION CODE entry field which would permanently “marry” a Customer to an Affiliate , enabling us to track affiliate sales and issue commission payments (not the traditional affiliate cookie driven coding). 2. AUTOSHIP FUNCTIONALITY similar/identical to [login to view URL]'s and/or [login to view URL]’s cart (we like the Zone's drop down menu for selecting the Autoship interval; and we like the promo banner for petnetdirect's Autoship, as well as their click-through explanation of Autoship, including the need to email customer service to change or cancel the Autoship): a. 20% product discount with Autoship selection b. Autoship interval selection which is selected by the customer (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 or 12 weeks) c.. This Autoship of course requires encrypting and storing of credit card data (within Gateway) 3. Bundling of multiple products – up selling and cross selling 4. Data delivery (to admin) including: a. Customer info b. Autoship frequency c. Last Ship Date d. Next Ship Date 5. Entry fields for promo discount codes 6. OPTIONAL: Customer Account interface which allows user to (1) update credit card, (2) change item quantities and add or remove line items, (3) change the Autoship interval or next ship date, and (4) send email message to Admin to deactivate Autoship (may have customer email or call to change/edit these account items) SKILLS: Volusion Magento 3DCart AND POSSIBLY: Stone Edge Order Manager Stone Edge Subscription Manager
