Building an Inbound Marketing campaign using Hubspot and social media marketing

The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for creating engaging copy to connect to a very wide audience, initially in the UK, but ultimately globally with the ability to be able to work on their own initiative. That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers. We want to operate a mix of social channels including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & Instagram. The person who manages the Social Media will be responsible for the structure, planning content creation, reporting and performance of those channels. A special focus will be on the development of Inbound marketing using the Hubspot system and therefore a good working knowledge of the system will be of advantage Responsibilities • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, marketing campaigns. • Deliberate planning, goal setting and reporting for the various social media channels across one brand initially and then across a further two more • Build, manage and grow the existing social media channels taking care to respect the variations in tone/audience. • Design high quality content that can be used across a range of social channels. • Identify and improve organisational development aspects that would improve content. • Design, with help from the team, to produce said content that can be used across a range of social channels. • Develop an online marketing and P.R. strategy with agencies to discuss promotional opportunities, paid advertising strategies and pending mainstream coverage. • Plan, organise and execute activities to be used on social media, the websites and other channels. • Work closely with the management team
