design of Facebook page

I want a to have a Facebook page built for my website that is a based on this website [login to view URL] I want it to be beautiful and have all the bells and whistles possible. included: 1. editable in future by me. 2. When they visit they go to copy 1 of a page which asks them to like the page.. 3. If they like the page, they will not see the like me again. 4. There should be a EU map available on the page with the option to mark specific points on the map. This option should only be available for the admin of the page. 5. The [login to view URL] site is a football player agency and therefore the option to add, replace and delete players should be available. Make sure you have the technical skills prior to bidding.
