Convert a proprietary software Stylecad(.sty files) into .DXF format

Understand the fundamentals of CAD (fashion) programs and be able to write a program that can convert a proprietary CAD fashion program used for the creation of clothing patterns and then convert those files which are in .sty file format and convert them in to .DFX files , which allows non Stylecad similar fashion pattern making software to open them and use. I am really just wanting a bolt on feature added to an existing program that currently does not have this feature in my existing version
