We are developing a prototype. We use an Atmel 8-bit AVR microcontroler Atmega2560.
Goal is to generate a QR Code of an arbitrary alphanumeric text of about 500-1000 characters. And this QR Code should be provided as an image in ESC/POS printing sequence (Printing command ESC * m nL nH d1...dk).
So the result would be a byte array which holds that ESC/POS command.
So steps are:
1) input is alphanumeric text. Character Set ISO-8859-1, Level Q.
To do: Generating a QR Code . output: QR Code, e.g. as bitmap.
2) input QR Code. Todo: transform to ESC/POS sequence ( ESC * m nL nH d1...dk), which sends the QR code as image to a receipt printer (E.g. Epson printer TM-T88V) . Result: printer prints the qr code onto the receipt.
As the code should run in a 8-bit AVR Microcontroler, the code should be provided as AVR C Source code. Could be tested e.g. on a Arduion board.
If you are not able to provide AVR C code, next best would be standard C with only standard libraries, so that we easily can transfer it to AVR C. In latter case we have to agree on a reduction of the salary.
Dear sirs
I have an experience in creation and modification of front-end software in retail since 1998.
As one of the tasks, I had to write the modules for termoprinters for printing the labels and stickers, including the barcodes and QR-codes.
Also, I have a very good experience in programming for AVR controllers and Arduino boards.
I can combine that skills for that project.
I will need several days on the next week to obtain a thermoprinter, compatible with your model for prototyping.
Please, feel free to contact me in chat.
With best regards
