This is a bid to make some modifications to an existing site plan. In PDF and Auto CAD.
Scope of work will include an accurate Legend displaying all details including “Built”, “To Be Built”, and the rentable SF according to various types of improvements. All details are to be figured and presented in Legend so that financial analysis can be completed.
I have many Auto Cad files on this project you can work with. I read PDF so you will submit your work to me in that format. When complete, I’d need CAD files.
Attached PDF shows area to be modified. The job requires everything be made to scale which most is…I know the ones in error. And there’s a few parking spaces to “clean up” is about all. There’s a few measurements to include etc…
When we get the modifications done, we will do the Legend described above. Note: The Legend will also include indoor ministorage square footage of approximately 30,000SF. 99% of that work has been done, it only needs to be combined with info from this Parking Site Plan.
You’re bidding on the whole scope of work described above. I will create 3 milestones. And I reserve the right to opt out at any one of those points, any remaining milestone(s) would credit to me.
