Building a program

I need a bot built. I need one for multiple sneaker/clothing websites that can automate the buying process, there are products out there like this already but the issue is that they don't work because there are too many people using bots already, I need one that is superior. I also need a developer to keep updating it as these websites change weekly. I need a bot with insane speeds and I need to to be able to run multiple tasks with different sizes/ info. It needs to be pretty easy to run and it needs to be downloadable as an application. It. Can be for Windows or Mac, doesn't really matter. All I want is the success on release dates. I have spoken to many many many developers and they all want money paid to them up front before I even test the product. I CAN NOT DO THAT. I will pay once it's downloaded to my computer and tested on a high-anticipated release. If it's not able to secure the item it's if no use therefore I can't pay for it. I understand this is a lot but there is a partnership in my company included. I'm gaining over 60k every 3 months but I have to refund it because I don't secure the customers item. If I'm able to secure it I get to keep it. I'm willing to give up 20% or more of my revenue. This is a great opportunity if you are a great developer! There is potential to make over 100,000 a year just from making a bot and updating it. Thank you-
