C++ Code for a small win console exe

A simple progress to process 3 csv files and writing/append results into a new CSV file There are 3 csv files which should be read from file system (windows) with in the same directory as exe (simple console exe): * [login to view URL] with a matrix of decimal numbers (N1 rows with M columns) -- N1 is relatively small: 4-10; M is between 50 an 500 * [login to view URL] with a matrix of decimal numbers (N2 rows with M columns) -- N2 is relatively small: 4-10; M same as above * [login to view URL] with a matrix of decimal numbers (N rows with M columns) -- N is relatively large: 5,000-10,000; M same as above output to * [login to view URL] (Default) with N1+N2 rows and M columns or to a file name that is included within the calling parameters of console exe All above files are read and imported into 2 dimensional arrays using C++, all arrays have the same number of columns, but different numbers of rows with the corresponding array names: OPH, OPL and MCS. In main(), for each row of OPH and OPL a temporary array TMP (of the size as MCS i.e. N x M ) is begin created. The values within TMP are calculated row by row using values from one row within OPH or OPL and within a row (from left to right) using a function; -- the calculated values are -1, 0, 1; the values are assigned based on a simple criteria that will be provided to the selected coder. Then a temporary array TT (2 x M) with to rows and M columns are filled with the number of 1 and 0 within each corresponding column. Then a temporary vector VV is being created with number of 1's divided by number of 1's and 0's in the corresponding cell. Then VV is written to (append to) the [login to view URL] file Then next row in OPH or OPL is being used ... Details for the above mentioned function/algorithm and above mentioned csv files (examples) will be provided to the coder.
