Count Currency values from Outlook Calendar

Hi, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 9 years of experience in developing solutions for Outlook and other MS Office Products. I have 2 solutions for your, 1. AddIn for Outlook: We will create an AddIn for MS Outlook, that will add a right click option to Appointments in Outlook. Upon Right-clicking you will get the option to enter the invoice amount for that appointment. Also, in the Ribbon of Outlook you will have option to export the Monthly Invoice details (along with corresponding appointment details) into an Excel sheet. This will use only the details available in Outlook. 2. A WinForm Application: We will create a Desktop Application, that will get the Office 365 credentials at the start (and have the option to save the same for further launches). Once authenticated, it will display the appointments for the current month (with option to change the date range to display) and allow the user to enter the invoice details. The application will also have provision to export the details into Excel. This will use details only from Office 365 account. My bid and schedule is for any one the above solutions you prefer. I implemented around 100 plugins for Outlook Desktop, and a few plugins for Outlook365. Please check my profile for more information. Outlook 365 does not have many options - you need to click several times to get to the place where you can enter or view associated information. but it might be doable. With desktop Outlook it is MUCH easier and user friendly. I would recommend solution for Desktop. I can do it either way.

I think the best way for this is to deliver functionality as an Outlook add-in that allows you to: 1.) add/edit/remove amount per calendar item 2.) Provides you statistics and the ability to export per interval (defaulting to per month but with configurable start/end dates) to excel. Hello, I can get you this task done via VBA code which can be embedded inside outlook. So when you run the code ( macro ) all your appointments will be tagged with the invoice amount. Hello, I would like to propose VBA solution for the Outlook (offline version). Since you already have the calender synced with the Outlook locally I would like to build an add-in or VBA script that iterate your appointments and verify currency used. The code would work for either 32bit or 64bit version of Outlook. We can make it simple: 1. you click the ribbon icon 2. a form opens up --- we could have an option for you to pick date range (from 2007 to 2009 or similar) or simple display stats for current year broken down by month ... --- Could you please a screenshot of one or more appointment with EUR as its used currency?
