Hi, Quotation tools can become very bloated, this is largely due to the potential number of quotations you process daily. If you have a large sales force I would suggest developing an access database as this will make it easier to maintain and to add new products. Excel will work just fine too, it just a matter of scalability and with a database it is easier to add reports and queries as it grows. Without seeing more of how you currently calculate quotations I will just suggest an overview: 1) Product info screen - a tab or page of product into used to calculate quotations 2) customer info screen - as per the product screen 3) data entry screen - allows the users to select existing customers and products and enter any required details - e.g. quantity required. Will return results on screen should you be on the phone with your customers 4) quotation template - a print template that can be used to generate a printed/PDF quotation Depending on volume of quotes and numbers of users these screens could be in one shared excel spreadsheet or linked spreadsheets/databases. Technically I have 15+ years developing VBA and database applications and I have developed numerous access applications for various requirements. So I believe I should be able to provide the application you require.
