Create machine learning prototype for hardware demo

We are looking to find a freelancer that is able to create a simple machine learning type of application for the purpose of showcasing hardware performance demo installed with VMware vsphere. The goal is to show different performance (or speed) of the machine learning application as the underlying infrastructure (number of VM of the machine learning nodes and amount of storage IOPS are increased) The machine learning application must be a scale out architecture, where more extra nodes can be easily provisioned on the fly (after the initial nodes has been deployed and running) to immediately show an increase in total processing time. Some ideal application for the machine learning will be like image identification or audio separation application.
