This project is to build a custom GUI in C++ using pure Win32 API (No MFC). You will only be responsible for making the GUI function, all other code to make the program function will be added in later. Please state in your offer whether or not you can do the graphics work (we have a person who is able). The application will consist of 2-3 small (fairly simple) dialogs. Knowledge of the Windows API and drawing bitmaps is required. We have included some screenshots that are similar to what we are seeking.

I have worked extensively using Windows API, I can do the graphic work too, though I think I am not very much "artistic". I could do the work using Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition. Regards Ciro

Hello. I am expert in C++, WIndows API and Microsoft Visual Studio. Main question - Do you need smooth rounder corners for your windows? If you don't need I can reduce price at twice at least - smooth rounder corners are not easy to implement - rather it needs to create "windowless" controls.
