Develop business App -- 2

I require a business app to be developed. The project is the first of its kind (no other app like it). It will be a very marketable app globally with many people wanting it. There will be a lite version which will be for free and a full version which will be for sale. This is very exciting and will we believe will make a lot of money very quickly! There is also the a number of similar apps that can be developed for other markets. I am looking for a freelance partner who has the exellent skills to develop this app to high standard and share in a percentage of sales. PLEASE HOWEVER FEEL FREE TO BID TO DO THIS WORK OUTRIGHT IF YOU PREFER BUT PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO START ANF FINISH THE WORK. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN APP DEVELOPMENT. The person will need to be very particular, have an eye for detail and be prepared to work through all stages of the project (including marketing, submission to play store App Store etc. We will only speak with people who have the demonstrated skills (you will need to produce examples of your work and have references) and who are willing to enter into a full NDA and willing to undertake work as described. For obvious reasons we cannot disclose the nature of the proposal but will be willing to enter into a full written agreement with the successful party. It will require a significant amount of work and TESTING so please allow for that. While skill is important, we need to be able to communicate effectively with our successful partner. So good English skills is essential. We want to start this project immediately.
