Working currently in TCS and trained in JAVA. Have good compatibility with Microsoft office and C Programming. I am new on FreeLancer but i assure you that you will regret giving me the opputunity.

By the way, you don't need to know programming language C to extract from PDF files. Even text can be extracted from jpeg photos/PDFs with 2 simple programms (250$ is way too much money for a project like this, unless it has 900 pages...)
