I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using C or C++. I would like a programme built that reads an xml file. And use parts of the file to extract images along with a couple of other fields in order to automatically create a video output. The programme should also be able to randomly select 1 or 2 small (1-2 second videos to insert between a given number of images. On all the images there should be a zoom out transition. The user should also be able to select or upload a sound track to use - the video output would be in mpeg format. The user should also be able to define their YouTube and facebook account ids - so the videos are automatically uploaded to these channels.
