First 7 step is fine but I think you need a supplier login to complete the steps, is it not? I mean supplier will get a link, will click on it, if they have already logged in we will simply redirect to him otherwise we will ask them to login before reach to this page. Now, I have the following questions: - As I assume Admin will not take any part until point 7. System would automatically detect the best offer and will resend the email. So, can I assume that each vendors will have a timeline to submit and return the first and second list? - How the system would realize that he would have to send an email? Admin would fire it or it should need to fire each day? - Do you have a static email format or you should change it frequently? - Before selecting the best price can you please let me know is there would be any calculation or not. - You said that after step 7 we will get the final offers. So this is obvious that the rest steps are not similar and would be different. I would prefer if you will please ping me and start discussion on the system. I am happy to move further but please do not award me before discussion.
