Analyze a dataset of 200 subjects who carry a medical equipment. The piece of equipment records the time when they use the device.
Using R/ggplot2:
1/Import the dataset
2/Produce calendar plots for 10 or 20 subjects (using ggplot2)
3/Produce plots showing the number of events over time (using geom_step)
4/Produce group trajectories using geom_step and geom_smooth
Examples of the plots are provided as an attachment
Hi. I use R on a daily basis, so this should be straightforward. A little bit more information would help to scope the nature of the work. How many variables are there for each individual? Does any data cleaning need to be done? Are you simply trying to reproduce the plots on the presentation? I am bidding based on simply creating the plots. There are also a huge number of free graphing packages in R which you may want to alternatively consider, and I can help you here too. I come from a very strong science background. Thanks.
