Case Study on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

You will be required to design a 500-word case study and present a 10-12-minute counselling session, demonstrating a selection of at least three skills associated with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The successful writer will need to be qualified in writing academic material and an education background in counselling would be highly advantageous. Part 1 is a script that allows me to show the following elements as part of my demonstration: 1. Appropriateness of the modality to the client presentation 2. Level of sophistication of skills 3. Capacity of the counsellor’s skills to help facilitate change in the client 4. Demonstration of ethical (anti-oppressive) practice 5. Authenticity of the scenario 6. Length of presentation (minimum to maximum time is 10-12 minutes) I then need a 500 word written case study highlighting: 1. Accurate portrayal of the skills demonstration 2. Accurate description of the client presentation 3. Accurate naming of the modality used 4. Accurate naming of the skills used 5. Rationale for the choice of modality 6. Rationale for the choice of skills Of the 500 words, at most 250 should be the description of the actual case study, with at least 250 being on the remaining components of this assignment. I have attached a sample case study and although it is not in a script, you will understand the essence of the exercise.
