Hello all, We are a CV writing company offering writing services for professional occupations, primarily in IT and Finance. We have a list of clients CVs, along with their number. We need an enthusiastic and intelligent telesales person to call these prosects. Your task will be to briefly introduce the company and then (using points we have provided for each candidate), mention how their CV can be improved, and point out the flaws that it has - We will provide the exact nature of what to be said for these CVs, so don't worry if your not familiar with this, as we will take care of this part on what to say for each CV. Once you have got their attention, pointed out the weaknesses and the potential improvements, you will simply offer our "Free CV Review", and arrange a tentative time for a call back. That is your part of the job done! Once we know the clients you have spoken to that have taken a genuine interest in what you have said and offered, we will undertake a more detailed CV review, and contact them to close that part of the sale. Simple as that! Please note that we are looking for 3 telesales/lead generators to do this. However, all initial projects will be on a trial basis before a more permanent and higher paying proposal is made. Please note, that the type of calling here is much easier then traditional cold calling, as you already will have the details of qualified clients, and all you have to do is genuinely get their attention and offer a Free CV review using our approach. We have several hundred clients that need to be contacted. From doing this in the past, it is reasonable to assume a "review rate" of 10-15 clients that quite easily be converted into customers. Additional to be paying an hourly rate, you will also recieve a commission on every sale that we close after you have offered the Free CV review. As mentioned, 10-15 clients a day for this is a reasonable estimate from most of our past freelance telesales people.
