Direct sales for the Indian Real-Estate agencies market

Madeyoum Ltd. is a leading internet service, offering real-estate agents the ability to create, within minutes, professional video virtual tours presenting their properties and to broadcast the videos over the web, in facebook, youtube and on mobile platforms. We are looking to enter the Indian real-estate market and therefore we are looking for the following: 1. Ongoing direct sales operation in one of the major cities in India (New-Delhi or Mumbai) - including a direct sales agent, responsible for presenting the service to agencies over the web and in door-to-door manners, and a telemarketer, to locate potential leads and contact them to arrange a sales meeting. We are looking for a company that can take full responsibility over the project: recruiting the agent and telemarketer and managing their day to day activities, including leads generation and sales management, with the ability to grow as business progress - in the same city and in other cities in India. 2. A preliminary market research of the Indian real-estate agencies and agents market - Very basic and short review of the market, its leading agencies' franchisees, leading internet real-estate portals, agents commission structures and marketing costs, etc. Please not that we have a very tight budget of few hundred dollars to spend over the preliminary market research. Please also note that our main goal and focus is on the sales initiatives.
