Requirements: Native Portuguese, experience in a call center AND/ OR with clients, very communicative, perfect Portuguese;
Job description: 1-3 hours a day, Mon-Friday, 30-50 calls a day, Making quick calls to customers for orders confirmation OR for filling in missed information concerning clients' delivery address. On-line shop
Every day (Mon-Fri) you deliver a filled in excel table / or fill in a database (in our system) a list of confirmed orders. We send the file at 10.00 a.m. (Eastern European time zone) and you return it filled in in 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
Like in a call center, you'll have a list of FAQ & Answers or using the information from our sites, you' ll have to answer basic questions on products & delivery.
Time for calling clients: 9.30 a.m. 6.30 p.m. / Eastern European Time (Mon-Fri)/ If not responding - make another call within the day.
Skype account with credit will be provided or we'll agree on another way of calling.
Payment: EUR 0,3 per call. Money transfers are executed on weekly basis.
