Create a video with sound and vocal effect

I have a script and want to convert it into 1 min or less video length with sound and vocal effect Script: When I was young My imagination was without boarders I was dreaming of changing the world And by Time when i became older and more wiser I discovered that the world never changes So i decreased my ambitious and i decided to change my country By the time i found that my country Can not be changed easily And when i became old.. I tried to change my family and the closer people to me But also failed And today i'm in the deathbed I realized suddenly that i should change myself then family then country and who knows may be the whole world
