The most important part of this explainer video shouldn't be the video. It should be the script. Please make no mistake, we are serious about getting the world's attention to use our product, so this is not a gag video. Get your feet on the ground in understanding the Product. The better you understand the product, the better will be the video. Let me narrate which kind of script we need (some kind of idea from our side), First show full screen, show two problems one by one. Then we will divide the screen vertically and show how their problem solved using one Application and that is Orangescrum. Problem 1: A project manager (may be from some kind of software farm or consultancy) is having problem managing projects and distributed team. Chatting with team, doing video conferencing, sending emails but couldn't able to keep track of all those things in a single place. Basically he is struggling to get everybody on to a single page. He couldn't able to get the things done properly. Too much of noise while managing projects over emails, he is missing some stuffs, he couldn't able to meet the deadline, his customers getting unhappy, he couldn't able to track time. The productivity is going down and he couldn't able to help himself. Problem 2: Same kind of person using different-different tools to Manage Projects, Bug Tracking, Time Tracking, Reminder/ToDo Application. The Problem is, all their data are in different tools and applications. They couldn't sync them. For data sync they need another application. They are spending more time in using different tools rather than in productive work. The productivity is going down and he couldn't able to help himself.
