animated gif & jpg header for a landing page

We need an animated gif and jpg header for a landing page. Both should be 794 x 97 pixels. our logo is attached and the theme of the campagin is reducing our clients advertising budget, automating sales process and using technology marketing. We need a header that will get that message accross. the header should also display our toll free number prominently.
