Create a high def Video to showcase software products and their dashboards with a wow factor

First job: We are looking at having an expert create a marketing video to be displayed on a 3m * 2m high def screen for an IT expo . We would like to showcase our partner products niche areas in the video like their dashboards and methodology . Logos and content will be provided . No audio needed . The designer is expected to conceptualize and add all content together and deliver it to us as a high def MP4 video and the original studio editing file . All content will be provided on the 24th of April . Final draft to be submitted to us on 26th April . Minor changes might be needed on the 27th. The live testing will take place the 28th and the designer might be needed to make changes if we encounter resolution or aspect ratio issues . Second job : we have an open theatre were people will be giving 15 minute tech talks . We need the theatre screen to flash the entire schedule ... And have a count down timer for each topic .
