Hi, We are a small outsourcing company with specialized focus on telecom and ecommerce. One of our biggest customers has over 100 seats outsourced to us in ecommerce and we do their complete back office work like lead verification, supplier selection customer engagement and sales. We can employ 7 executives 6 hours a day 30 days a week. Although i am finding the price to be steeply low, if you would like a professional setup with less run in issues of attrition and quality, i suggest bidding upto $3 per hour. You should build riders of quality and attrition for the same to ensure if the project is not well managed, you can fine it up.. Frankly we grow what we sow. Hence oversqueezing will reflect on quality and timeliness of chats. Here is how i understand the workscope. 7 executives @ 6 hours per day x 30 days = 1260 hours monthly.
