With my 8 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, and a Customer/Technical Support Representative, I managed different accounts and line of businesses such as Dish Network, Sprint, Microsoft, AT&T, Bell Canada, and Dell USA, I handled sales and customer service for a Telecom companies, Credit Cards, Cable TV Providers and Ecommerce businesses for the over the years. I joined the BPO industry and handle various accounts involving customer services and sales, dispatching and assistance, either through live chat,email or telephone. Having been a Team Leader and an Assistant Call Center Manager I have been responsible for developing a team to be able to deliver the required services that is expected by the Clients and at the same time identify challenges and develop ways in which to continually improve overall performance.
