Amazon Price Checker

I have a seller central account in [login to view URL] with MWS. I like to have the software to help me to check the prices of our competitor including the Amazon. Jobs that needed to be done: 1. Identify competitor is FBA fulfilllment seller of Merchant fulfillment seller 2. Getting the top 5 lowest competitors' price including the shipping cost ( competitor price = sale price + shipping cost if they are not fba seller) 3. Getting the sale price if our competitor hidden the cost 4. Ability to check NEW, Refurbish or Used competitor price including shipping cost 5. It also read competitor sellers feedback. All the collecting data will be written to MS SQL table I need the software written in VB.net. The source code needed to be provided in order for me to apply to our own in house web services system.
