AIM CHAT ROOM BOTS

I need someone that can program a user friendly "bot" that i can log in as an aim screen name, place in a chat room and spam a message every 4 minutes. I need to people to place 20 screen names, 1 each with a different screen name in a different chat room. The program must be crash free and be able to run 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It would be great if it could run through a no-ip server so that if i was to be ip banned from chat rooms that i coudl start another no-ip account. This will be used for advertising. If the bot could send files to those initiating direct conversations this would also be a plus. It does not have to be a realistic chat agent but some preprogrammed resposnes to recognizable text phrases would be great. I look forward to speaking with you about this project! Thanks!
