Annual Software Maintenance Tracking

Specifications for Tracking & Calculating Annual Software Maintenance Our company is a Software Distributor for a principle in the US. We have resellers that we sell through as well as direct customers. Maintenance is always calculated for the end customer, the reseller gets a percentage of the maintenance depending on there status. I require a system that can allow me to input the following: 1. Initial maintenance amount to the customer and customer details. 2. Automatically allocate a margin assigned to the reseller if applicable. 3. Maintenance cost from supplier based in US$. 4. The system must be able to cater for at least 5 other currencies on the customer (output side). Note that most customers purchase several times in a year and in different months in that year. The system should calculate and prorate the number of month to the anniversary date. The system must be able to true up to a specific date which is selected to meet the customers requirements. This date can also change and the system should then recalculate the maintenance to the new anniversary date. Customer side documents required. Generate a renewal notice 2 months & 1 month prior to the renewal date. Generate a final notice on the renewal date. Generate a pro-forma invoice. Templates provided. Supplier side documents required. Generate a P.O to the Supplier Template provided. Reports required Total Maintenance Maintenance by customer Maintenance by reseller Maintenance by month The system must link with a Microsoft Windows calendar.
