Automatic web scraping & Arabic language is required

Automatic web scraping We want you to program a code with its the Database that suitable to work on our current website(written in drupal) and our VPS (Apache/2.2.24 Unix). The main goal of that code is: to relist selected products (pictures and product info) from this website: [login to view URL] on our website and in Arabic langauge. We also need the code with the following features: 1- automatic scraping of the products which are selected on the attached picutre. 2- Automatc delete the products which deleted from the original website. 3- The price should be: the price on the original website and the ability to add other costs such as shipping cots according to the distance between the product location and the nearest sea port, with every mile=5USD, and the other costs as it appears on the attached picture. 4- The abilty to update the services and thier costs in the Admin cpanel. 5- The home page URL should be [login to view URL] with the ablity to edite its contents, upload pictures, and accept Arabic input. 6- A page contains all products with URL: [login to view URL] well organized and the abilty to list them by price or the add time, and appears as the attached picture. 7- Search feature by name of the product or list all product in one mark or model or year or price range. 8- The search feature must be appear in all website pages. 9- The cpanel must contains dictionarey for manual translation from English to Arabic, and any word which translated in this dictionery must appear in Arabic language in all page in our website. 10- The product pictures must be appear on our website without store it on our website disk, with hiden original website URL of the picure. 11- Our website pages speed should be less than 5 sec to load the all content of the page. 12- the current Headr and footer of our website must be appear on wanted website. 13- The website must be mobile friendly website. 14- The abilty to control the years of the products that wanted to be relisted on our websit. 15- The original URL must be appear on our website for only the Admin.
