Design and HTML Code for Simple 3 Page Website

This is a simple job for someone who knows what they are doing. I need html coding done for a simple 3 page website. I have created what I want the site to look like in Microsoft Word. The files are here: [url removed, login to view] I will supply all graphics and video instructions on my requirements. I require it for input into our own proprietary Content Management System. My in house developer will upload it all but does not have time to design the page. We will insert code for our optin forms. The only potential "coding" will be for a box which has regular updating text such as on this site: [url removed, login to view] If this work is done well and in a timely fashion there is the potential for ongoing website development work with us.
